Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal ice cream, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives melted or damaged, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your shipment immediately to ensure the dry ice has kept your pints frozen and the packaging is intact.
Document Issues
If there are any concerns regarding melting or damage, take a clear photo of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
